Village fete 2015

Update 30th June 2015

The village fete 2015 was a great success and was very well attended. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported this event. A special thank you to Schnoodles Doggy Daycare who ran the dog show for us this year. Of course the day could not happen without the dedicated group of volunteers who work throughout the year to make this event happen. Huge congratulations and thanks go to them. Full details about the day and the amounts raised will be posted shortly.

This event is the biggest social event in the village and is always very well attended. The team that put the event together and those that help on the day are a dedicated group of villagers intent on making our community a better place. The fete brings people together and the money raised is the main source of funding for the Village Hall and Recreation Grounds. If you would like to become involved in the fete and feel a little inhibited about coming along to a meeting then why not email and get more details about what it is like to be a fete volunteer.
