The eagle-eyed among you will have spotted a new cabinet next to the main entrance to the hall, containing an automated external defibrillator, for community use. While the AED is designed so that someone with no knowledge of first aid can use it, we will be running a training session in the near future.
Month: May 2017
Fete planning: Thursday 11th May
The planning goes on for this year’s (sure to be) epic fete on 24th June – get it in your diaries now! We’ll be at the Blue Ball in Asheridge from 8pm on 11th May so if you’d like to help feel free to pop over and say hi.
Any offers of help either on the day or before are always welcome – we’ll also be at the pub night on Friday 19th (see below) if you’d like to chat with one of the committee about how you can help.
Any raffle prizes would also be most welcome. Contact us on fete@bellingdon.com if you can help with anything, would like to book a programme advert or stall for the day.
Summer Newsletter: contributions please
We’re full steam ahead for the fete now, which must mean summer is approaching and with it the next edition of the village newsletter. Please submit any contributions to the editor by May 25th.
All previous newsletters are available in PDF format on the village website.
