Village fete 24th June – running order

With under three weeks to go, we now have the approximate timings for our village fete on 24th June:

12:30 Fete opens
1:10 Fun dog show begins
3:00 Kids’ fancy dress competition judging
3:30 Tug of war competition (children, ladies and men)
4:30 Raffle drawn
5:00 Fete closes

Village Fete 2017

24th June 2017 12:30-5:00pm 

We’re delighted to  be collaborating once again with the fantastic Medical Detection Dogs to bring you the annual fun dog show. The list and timings of classes will be released nearer to the time so please check back for more details.

We’ll have the Hemel Hempstead Band, plant sale, real ale festival, BBQ, tombola, raffle, cakes and teas, tug-of-war, kids’ corner, bouncy castle, fairground rides, animal petting and pony rides, fancy dress competition and much more.

Once again we are extremely fortunate to be able to offer, as the top raffle prize, a pair of premium tickets for a rugby international at Twickenham, courtesy of Conlan Associates.

Village Fete 2017

24th June 2017 is the date, folks, so put it in your diary now.

All and any assistance either before the fete or on the day is very much appreciated and we couldn’t do it without you. The next meeting is on 5th April at the Blue Ball in Asheridge.

Anyone with raffle prizes to donate, please send details to fete@bellingdon.com.

Village Fete Planning Meeting: 5th April 8pm

**New Date**

The planning goes on for this year’s (sure to be) epic fete on 24th June – get it in your diaries now! We’ll be at the Blue Ball in Asheridge from 8pm on 5th April to continue hammering out the details.

Any offers of help either on the day or before are always welcome – we’ll also be at the pub night on Friday 17th if you’d like to chat with one of the committee about how you can help.
